The StellateDNA team is delighted to announce Justin McDonough's poster presentation "High efficiency knock-ins in human stem cells" at the 2021 CSHL Genome Engineering: CRISPR Frontiers Meeting (August 18-20). Using their proven test system in induced pluripotent stem cells, Justin and Bill Skarnes (The Jackson Laboratory) provide data that demonstrates the advantages of Stellate GatalystTM as preferred DNA donors for homology directed repair for CRISPR mediated genome engineering.
